Our new selection of chocolates is now available. This collection is designed for those people wishing to continue enjoying the best chocolate but with no added sugar.  They are made with maltitol, a healthy alternative that does not affect the flavour of the chocolates.  We have selected four flavours for this new collection: almond, hazelnut, bergamot and cinnamon. 

Characteristics

  • Ingredients : ALMOND: almonds (30%), maltitol, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, anhydrous milk fat, whole milk powder, salt, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa: 29% minimum. HAZELNUT: hazelnut (31%), cocoa mass, maltitol, cocoa butter, anhydrous milk fat, salt, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa: 35% minimum. BERGAMOT: maltitol, cocoa butter, whole powder, bergamot (12%), cocoa mass, vegetable fat, maltitol syrup, salt, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa: 26% minimum. CINNAMON: almond, maltitol, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, anhydrous milk fat, whole milk fat, cinnamon (1%), salt, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa: 26% minimum.
