
Our range of dragées is one of our best kept secrets. In this case, we start with Macadamia Nuts, selected for their delicate flavor and buttery texture. Then, we gently roast and caramelize the nuts. We finish by coating them with several layers of our best milk chocolate and, finally, we cover them in our premium cocoa powder. In preparing them, we exclusivaley follow good old-fashioned traditional and artisanal European procedures. Blessed be the classics.
