We are launching a unique collection. The new Grands Crus Legendary Cocoas aim to recover some lesser-known varieties and enhance the characteristic flavours of the best Criollo cocoas in the world while respecting the work of farmers. A selection that comprises: "La Joya", made from white Criollo cocoa from the prestigious Mexican plantation of the same name; "Xoconusco", made from a legendary cocoa, the Royal Cacao of Xoconusco; "Mahali", made from the lesser-known African Criollo cocoa that is grown in Congo; and "Rio Seco", a chocolate made from the Maya Rojo Criollo cocoa that is grown in Honduras


  • Ingredients : cocoa mass, sugar, cream (milk)(cream, stabilizer (carrageenan)), cocoa butter, anhydrous milk fat, glucose, sorbitol, glycerol, water, inverted sugar, salt, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavor, colorants (E-171, E-100), cocoa powder.
