Since its presentation in March 2006, La Joya has been one of the chocolates most cherished and appreciated by experts and chocolate lovers throughout the world. Made using white Criollo cacao cultivated at La Joya plantation in Tabasco, Mexico, La Joya was the first of our Cocoas of Legend. It has involved passionate research that transports us to the origins of cocoa and the revival of varieties that we thought had disappeared.
